The App is designed as a debt-tracking tool to help users monitor money owed to or from their personal contacts. The App allows you to:

  • Create and manage profiles for people you owe money to or who owe you money.
  • Record repayments and new borrowings.
  • Set reminders for repayments or collections.
  • Complete a survey to provide additional financial-related information.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter into the App, including debt amounts, names, and repayment records.
  • The App is intended for personal tracking purposes only and does not provide financial, legal, or lending advice.
  • You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for illegal purposes.

3. Data & Privacy

  • Profile data (such as name and email) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
  • Survey responses may be stored on our servers for analysis and feature improvement.
  • The App uses Firebase Analytics to help us understand usage and improve performance.

4. Advertising Disclaimer

The App displays advertisements from third-party loan service providers. We do not control or endorse these ads and are not responsible for:

  • The content of advertisements
  • The offers, products, or services provided by third parties
  • Any interactions you may have with third-party providers

All dealings are strictly between you and the advertiser.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or losses resulting from your use of the App.
  • We are not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from third-party advertisements.
  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
